The Following Information Has Been Provided to us from RealManage, the Community Manager:

⚫ Inside work in each individual unit, will start around January 15

⚫ We are going to try and go in unit number order from lowest to highest. This will be a 2 to 3 day process in which the first day will be removal of drywall an old plumbing. Second day is install new plumbing and Third is inspections and re-drywall.

⚫ Because the pipes are connected between upstairs and downstairs units, we will be scheduling and doing two units at a time. please make sure that we can have access to your unit on your scheduled replacement day.

⚫ The scheduling is going to be the hardest part and will probably take the longest but we will do what we can to work with people as much as we can.
